Date caramel but make it high-protein & vegan 🤌🏼

Vanilla Protein Date Caramel 
Ingredients:10–12 Medjool dates, pitted, ¼ -1/2c cup almond milk, scoop of Protein Powder nakednutrition Pinch of salt, cinnamon & vanilla extract. 
How To:
	Soak pitted dates in hot water for 5–10 minutes until soft. Add drained softened dates to a blender. Add milk, protein powder, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a splash more milk as needed 

🥣Protein Yogurt Bowl (1 serving): 5.3 oz  Greek-Style Yogurt kitehillfood, serving  protein powder, 2 Tbsp Protein Date Caramel (from above), Optional: melted choc, tsp coconut oil, tsp coconut flakes 

Instructions:
	1. In a bowl, mix yogurt protein powder until smooth and creamy
	2.top with 2 Tbsp of Protein Date Caramel
	3. Melt 1/3 c Chocolate + coconut oil, spread top of yogurt 
	4. Place in freezer for a few minutes until chocolate freezes
	5.Enjoy!
Protein: ~29 g, Fiber: ~8 g

🍝🌱Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato & Pesto Soy Curl Pasta
Recipe: 2 servings
What you’ll need:
	•4oz dry Trader Joe’s red lentil pasta 
	•spray olive oil
	•1 cup dry soy curls (rehydrated in hot vegan chicken broth, drained)
	•2 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes 
	•1 full bag fresh spinach (-8oz)
	•¼ cup vegan pesto (I made mine or use a vegan store bought version)
	• 1 cup unsweetened plant milk 
	•2 tbsp nutritional yeast
	•Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning to taste
How to make it:
	1.	Cook lentil pasta according to package directions.
	2.	In a pan, heat olive oil. Add sun-dried tomatoes, add rehydrated sou curls, sauté 3–4 min until lightly browned.
	3.	Stir in pesto + milk + and nutritional yeast. Simmer 2–3 min until creamy.
 4. Add the whole bag of spinach.
 5. Toss pasta in the sauce, season to taste.
 6. Enjoy!

Here are 3 daily shifts I use as a vegan to stay full + stop overeating:

1️⃣ 80/20 Balance → Instead of rigid dieting, I focus on nourishing foods 80% of the time while still enjoying fun foods 20%. This kills the “all-or-nothing” trap that leads to binges.

2️⃣ Pattern Interrupt → When I feel the urge to snack mindlessly, I break the loop. I’ll go for a quick walk, tidy up, or do something else to reset instead of heading straight to the kitchen.

3️⃣ Sit to Eat Rule → No more grabbing bites while standing at the counter. Eating seated = more mindfulness, better awareness of fullness, and less grazing.

✨ Bonus: I always plan a high-protein, high-fiber vegan breakfast (like tofu scramble with toast + fruit, or protein oats). It sets the tone, keeps me satisfied, and prevents cravings later in the day.

Simple shifts → big results. 💚

My husband and I just got back from a unforgettable adventure in Alaska✨
