**Worst Weight Loss Advice** 🚫: 

1. **”You can target fat loss”** 🙄: Sorry, but spot reduction isn’t real! Fat loss happens throughout the body, not just in one area. Focus on overall health and fitness instead of chasing after “magic” solutions.

2. **”You have to give up carbs”** 🍞: Carbs are not the enemy! Whole grains, fruits, and veggies are essential for energy and overall health. Cutting out carbs completely can backfire and leave you feeling sluggish.

3. **”You need a gym to workout”** 🏋️‍♀️: Not true! You can get an amazing workout anywhere—home, outdoors, or even with bodyweight exercises. Consistency is what matters, not where you work out.

4. **”Eating after 7pm makes you fat”** 🕖: Your body doesn’t know the clock! It’s about your total daily calorie intake, not the time of day. Eat when you’re hungry and focus on balanced meals throughout the day.

5. **”Lemon and green tea burns fat”** 🍋🍵: These might be refreshing, but they’re not magic fat-burning drinks! Real weight loss comes from a combination of a balanced diet, exercise, and overall lifestyle changes.

Do mangoes make you gain weight? 🤔

No single food will lead to weight gain nor will help you to lose weight 😃 

Most of them fear eating mangoes thinking that it will lead to weight gain😶

Come on its mango season and mango is considered “King of fruits” so never deprive or restrict yourself from eating mangoes

Always remember diet plan shouldn’t be a punishment. If your following a diet which don’t allow you to eat mangoes then probably it’s time to change it🤔

👉100gms of mango has around 60 calories hence it can easily be adjusted in our diet for fat loss😍

As well mango is rich in many micronutrients and antioxidants 🙌🏻

Mango season is here who doesn’t love eating mangoes 😍😍 

But the most important thing you need to know before enjoying sweet mangoes is: Its mandatory to soak them for 1-2 hours. If you’re in a hurry, then soaking them for 25-30 mins is fine.

Why is it so?

✔️Because Soaking removes the excess phytic acid in them (Phytic acid is an anti-nutrient that prevents the body from absorbing certain minerals such as iron, zinc, calcium & other minerals causing mineral deficiencies.

✔️The excess phytic acid that produces heat in the body is eliminated when mangoes are soaked in water for a few hours) facilitating better absorption of nutrients.

✔️Soaking also helps prevent acne, skin issues, headaches, constipation & other gut-issues.

Reasons why you need to eat a colourful diet 😍

✅Red colour in tomatoes , watermelon etc are rich in the carotenoid lycopene, a potent scavenger of gene-damaging free radicals that seems to protect against prostate cancer as well as heart and lung disease.

✅Orange and yellow colour in carrots, bananas etc provide beta cryptothanxin, which supports intracellular communication and may help prevent heart disease.

✅Green colour in spinach, broccoli etcThese foods are rich in cancer-blocking chemicals like sulforaphane, isocyanate, and indoles, which inhibit the action of carcinogens (cancer-causing compounds).

✅Blue and purple colour in blueberries, eggplant etc have powerful antioxidants called anthocyanins believed to delay cellular aging and help the heart by blocking the formation of blood clots.

✅White and brown colour present in the onion family contains allicin, which has anti-tumor properties. Other foods in this group contain antioxidant flavonoids like quercetin and kaempferol.

Calcium is the most abundant mineral in human body. If your allergic or intolerant to dairy you can include the above foods to meet your calcium requirements 😃

It is very easy, quick and delicious recipe ❤️
Best combination of protein, carbs and veggies on one plate 🙌🏻

Ingredients: 

Bay leaf 2 no
Cinnamon 1 no
Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
Cardamom 3 no
Clove 2 no
Onion 1/4 cup
Beans 1/2 cup
Carrot 1/2 cup
Cauliflower 1/2 cup
Potato 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Green chilli paste 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves - few
Mint leaves - few
Marinated soya chunks - 50 gms 
Coconut milk - 1/4 cup
Rice 1 cup
Pressure cook until done and serve 

Macros 
Serving size - 200 gms 
Calories - 320
Protein - 11 gms 
Carbs - 36 gms 
Fats - 6 gms 
Fiber - 5 gms
