![Return back to Paris with me from La Maison de Beaumont in Provence, France
I couldn’t recommend this residency enough for any artist who is needing a space to magically reignite your creativity. The moment I closed the doors to the residency space I occupied named the Horizon room I immediately burst into tears. I had been displaced for so long dealing with compounding housing issues making this huge decision to move my life to Paris from LA in search for love and so escaping Paris for some weeks to have a place where I can share this part of the journey and reignite my creativity was so perfectly timed I’m so grateful to the residency for accepting my application.

![I’ve had to really confront heavy challenges in the decision to move my life out of the U.S. and into a world where I don’t know the language, I’m making new friends, no financial backing and working off an intuition and feeling that this is where I’m supposed to be in order to live the kind of life that matches who I feel deep inside.
Such a feat sharing in this vulnerable time but in some ways I hope it can help the next woman who has that funny feeling and intuition that if I make it on the other side of this she can do the same for herself as well.
I guess we’ll all just watch and see..

![I did not have meeting the U.S. Embassy Ambassador of France on my 2024 bingo card but here we are!
This year has been an absolute whirlwind and I promise I will be sharing what’s been going on in the last few months I’ve just been trying to figure out how to really share the craziness that has been this year.
BUT I gotta share this amazing opportunity to have been invited to the private residence of the U.S. Ambassador of France, Madame Denise Campbell Bauer.
She held a cocktail reception at her residence in partnership with YouTube to honor female content creators and I couldn’t have been more honored to have been invited.
I reflect back on the last 8 years creating content trying to build a community and then coming to this year having the courage to share my experience in a creative way moving my life to Paris in search for my love life partner and a more fulfilling life experience.
Denise has done a great job in her tenure forging a relationship between the US and France and staying close to the communities like ours as creators to help bridge that gap by using social to share history, stories and opportunities with both the French and American communities.
Thank you usembassyfrance for the opportunity to meet and to connect with other creators.
Excited for this next chapter on my journey here in Paris. There’s definitely more to come and will be sharing more in what I’m affectionately calling season 2.

If only you knew the chaos that is my life happening in the background you would know how there could be no way I would’ve made my way to the South of France for a dream getaway to Monaco without anything less than manifestation and luck! 🥴
Housing issues have really taken me off of my creative flow I pray I can get more settled soon and continue but posting my journey as openly as I was when I got here but for now I’m trying to enjoy some vaca time with the occasional dates while down here although I’m not keeping my hopes up in Monte-Carlo I’ve already gone on one not so compelling date and then been stood up by a second in the entire 7 days I’ve been in Monte-Carlo so I’m just taking this time to take in the scenery until I move to my next location here in the French Riviera which is Nice and then Cannes.

Like off camera Ashley swore she saw a rat down the street from this location but we still wanted to make sure we caught that Eiffel Tower sparkle!😝 🥴
Give yourself permission to romanticize your life.
✨Buy yourself flowers and spread them throughout your home
✨Put on a gorgeous dress that makes you feel like the most gorgeous version of you and take yourself out to dinner!
✨Book a photographer that you feel you can afford and get dolled up for a photo shoot where you come up with a fun theme and capture those moments to look back on.
Maybe it’s not moving to some international location like Paris but you can romanticize your life in so many ways that feel authentic to you.
