![So how are you feeling? Are you looking outside your window and thinking one day? I’ll do something ??
well if you feel I can’t afford the gym right now, I don’t want to travel to to work out, I need something manageable that I can do every day that’s easy and only 45 minutes you are in the right place because Nat Created a fantastic exercise for us to do anywhere in the world. Tomorrow I’m off to Boston for three days then New York for three days back in the UK for three days and then off to Sydney for 10 days. I won’t have time to get to a gym. I won’t have time to do anything apart from wake up and spend 35 or 40 minutes in my bedroom doing something And this is what I’ll be doing.
What I’ve learnt is that you get to a certain place in your life and maintenance makes you stronger and what I mean by that is a commitment to yourselves that you want to be healthy and well and strong does mean at least three days a week you are doing something That involves an element of strength training especially if you are perimenopausal, menopausal, or post menopausal. I’d say in fact of any age but especially at these stages in our life. I didn’t start properly strength training until I was 53 and with these bands that I’m using now and we did a whole film on YouTube that you can look at my channel on today that’s just up there to just use your leisure. You can get the same feeling. You can break out in the same sweat as you were doing 10 kg weights it’s incredible. So ask yourself what do you want from your body and what do you want from your life right now and if in that answer is that sense of strength and energy Then just try it…]()

![Lyla back to university - now to Madrid - on the next stage of her life journey. Sharing with four adorable girls who I feel will be friends for life. They rented an apartment that they took over from some boys and you can just imagine what it was like… the before shots of bunny’s bedroom say it all…. We spent the weekend making it cozy, girly and feel like they weren’t very far from home - it felt good to leave tonight going back to London knowing that she won’t feel far from home in ways that are important. . I’m so excited for this next stage of bunny’s journey. I never had a chance to go to university and I love how much she loves it. It is Nat. nathalie_hayward - without her I wouldn’t have the strength in my body today, I wouldn’t have her inspiration to really make the most of being strong, feeling fit and healthy, and as a result opening up my horizons in so many ways. I don’t think it’s ever too late for anyone and if you’ve come back either from a summer away you’ve just had a lovely time but you’re feeling a bit sluggish. All you’re thinking is now the time to be ambitious about being healthy… nat is doing a course from today for two weeks online. You can do it from anywhere in the world. I’m going to be travelling a little bit until the 20th of September and therefore I won’t necessarily be doing the regular classes that we all do 3 to 5 times a week with both Nat and Victoria so this is your opportunity for my regulars to sign up to Nat‘s class if you already haven’t and for those of you who are thinking could this month be the month where I make some changes this is your opportunity. ![Let’s talk about ambition. It’s a word that means different things to all of us. Some of us see it as something in the future they would like to be ambitious about – but perhaps there are challenges that stand in the way. Others might feel that ambition has a negative connotation, when we hear: “my goodness she’s ambitious”…
There are many ways in which we are ambitious – it might be reflected in a desire to change the things we want to bring into our life, wanting a different job or relationship, the way we view our bodies, how we dress, how we look after ourselves to be stronger and fitter and healthier, wanting to feel more sexy (which I was playing with last night on stories), and how we approach our makeup or skincare.
I would love you to write down what your ambitions are – if you’re already on the journey, how are you getting along? If you are ambitious about something but feel like you can’t get started, perhaps tell us about your frustrations and challenges. ![1. duntonhotsprings the most magical setting. I first came here with lylas and Zaks dad, and love seeing an old image of him in his happy place and 18 years later, his children doing the same. Nature and animals play a big part in their life and it’s a dream to see them so happy. When we left to go our seperate ways Lyla knew she wouldn’t see Zak for a couple of months and she was really sad…. Their bond is one of my biggest joys.
2. We then went to the sunshine and beach, with family friends. Lying with my body on the sand and letting the waves wash over can really calm ones inner mind. Taking walks on a deserted beach alone with ones thoughts.
3. Playing family games, and so much well needed laughter

The trick to a hard-working wardrobe is giving every piece more than one postcode. There are days away from the coast when only the swish of a kaftan will do – but we need to add a bit of refinement.
