It's #WorldSleepDay , an annual event intended to be a celebration of sleep and all important issues related to sleep. 

Sleep is as vital as food and water. An essential part of daily life. Yet it is one of the most ignored factor when it comes to fat loss or muscle gain. ‼️

Improper/insufficient sleep has negative impact on almost every system of the body. 

1- Insufficient #sleep can increase your appetite. Hence, increasing your chances of overeating which leads to fat gain.
