Contest prep transformation 

Clint name : _.vamshi._.krishna._ 
Before weight : 61kg
After weight : 53 kg
Time taken : 12-weeks

He lost around 7-8kg of fat & gained some muscle

In just 12 weeks, Vamshi Krishna achieved an incredible transformation—shedding 7–8 kg of fat while also building lean muscle.

This wasn’t just general fitness training; this was contest prep, which demands a completely different level of discipline, effort, and sacrifice.

Vamshi has been one of my most disciplined and consistent clients. 

Despite traveling 50 km daily for work, he still managed to:
* Prepare all his meals himself
* Train 1 hour daily
* Do 2–3 hours of cardio consistently

During prep, he faced a major setback—he injured his neck, and the physiotherapist advised him to take one full month off. At that point, he completely dropped out of prep and focused on recovery.

But once he fully recovered, Vamshi came back with stronger determination. He approached me saying, “Coach, I will compete on stage.” 

Initially, I asked him to take 2–3 days to reconsider, but when he returned with full conviction, I trusted his decision, and we restarted his prep—just 4 weeks before the competition.

Against all odds, he brought himself to stage-ready condition and competed. Though he didn’t place in the Top 5, this journey has given him invaluable experience and lessons. I have no doubt he will come back next time with a much stronger package.
