This one room reminded me why I love building something of my own.

Not for the revenue.
Not for the titles.

If your fat loss coach is out of shape — that’s not “relatable.” That’s a red flag.

Day 1- Event day, multiple successful Fitness/ Business coaches shared their experience on the stage. People like calum_teamprocoach thealigilbert suitedbootedofficial sarahsanchezdigital and markcolesm10 

Each individual taught me the importance of Consistency and Patience.

The best quote that I will take with me from this day-

“You Cannot Build a brand in 1 day/ 1 month or 1 year”

By the end of day 1, I had a lot of learnings and made a new friend timtrainss 

Day 2 

The Day started with an amazing speaker on the stage lewis_allsoppdubai 

I loved every bit of it, the biggest takeaway from his talk

“Work with someone whom you trust, skills can be built in a person but empathy and loyalty can’t”

lisahugoofficial taught me about using your voice to stand out on social media.

Finally we went to the beach to network and hangout with other coaches.

Over all it was a great experience and I have come back with a lot of motivation, inspiration.

Went to buy sabzi to make a Gut Friendly Vegetable juice.

Made vegetable juice for myself and Akshita.
 For Breakfast I had Sunny Side up eggs* 4 eggs.

For preworkout I had Beetroot and Pomegranate juice.

Today I trained..

Hip thrust - 3 sets of 8-10 reps
Banded Hyperextensions- 3 sets of 12-15 reps 
Walking Lunges- 3 sets of 20 reps.
High incline Press- 3 sets of 6-8 reps.

For lunch I ate- Oats with Tofu and Curd.

Had a cup of tea in the evening.

For Dinner I ate- Tofu Pomegranate salad.

I did 9k steps today.

I ate Roti with Paneer, Raita, and salad.

I had another scoop of whey protein.

Ps- I will not have milk from tomorrow, I will only take milk in tea.

Lateral Raise- 3 sets of 12-15 reps.

Cable Cross Extensions- 3 sets of 12-15 reps.

Came back home and ate.

2 roti with Paneer, dal, boondi raita and salad.

Had whey protein in milk.

Did 10k steps.

Today at the gym I trained.

Lat pull down - 3 sets of 6-8 reps.
Incline Dumbbell Press- 3 sets of 6-8 reps.
Rear delt row- 2 sets of 15-20 reps.
RDL’s- 3 sets of 5 reps.
Incline Zottman Curls- 3 sets of 12-15 reps.
Triceps Pushdown- 3 sets of 12-15 reps.

Came back home and ate.

2 roti with Paneer, dal, boondi raita and salad.

Had whey protein in milk.

Did 10k steps.
