TBH I stopped posting on social media cuz I felt like I was being a fraud. When I was a full time content creator & fitness trainer it was a lot easier to workout & post healthy tips. 😏 But turns out it’s actually really hard to juggle fitness and parenthood and healthy eating and work a full time job and attend social activities and family activities and all the things. 😅 But I’ve been back in the gym consistently for 2 months and yeah my body is feeling stronger, but I forgot how good my brain feels when I exercise. My anxiety has decreased drastically, my confidence has gone up, my libido has gone up, I’m sleeping better, I’m able to be much more present with my kids and my partner, and I’m really just feeling better in all the ways. 🥰 Anyway, if you needed a reminder to get back in the gym & prioritize your health, this is it. Not to look a certain way, or because you aren’t already beautiful the way that you are, but to feel better because you deserve an incredible and vibrant life. And if this is a season of life where survival is the best that you can do, trust me girl, I get it. 🫶🏻 I see you. I love.
