You can get it at naturallawsonjp . I’m not into its taste but in Japan eating 3 jujubes a day is believed to make you beautiful n I believe what old wise beautiful people says✨
2. Walnuts
It’s got tons of nutritions my body needs but I don’t like its natural taste. So I go for organic salted caramel I find online. It does make it high in calorie but I’d rather eat it than not.

![I’m old enough to see the trend come and go and I think 10 step Korean skincare routine is DEFINITELY one of them. It’s really all about marketing. Believe me… I worked in Marketing.
But here’s the thing: if it works for you, keep going! Everyone’s skin is different. What really matters is adjusting your routine to your skin’s needs. Some days you might need more hydration, other days more actives like retinol or vitamin C. You can always add in masks, serums, or pore treatments when your skin asks for it.
✨ For me, here’s my Night Routine:
1. Cleansing (milk or oil, depending on makeup)
2. Essence (mine has azelaic acid, so I take breaks sometimes)
3. Lotion
4. Serum (either SK-II Genoptics or Lancôme Rénergie—never both! I also rotate in PDRN, pore treatments, or stronger retinol occasionally)
5. Cream (I stick with a rich cream all year round)
Skincare isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s about listening to your skin. 💕
