Nobody talks about how hard it is to go from this… to this.

I went from playing the sport I love to working jobs I hated because I wasn’t serious about my business. I didn’t handle school right. I took my gift for granted.

That post-sport depression is real. You gotta figure out who you are all over again.

To my athletes, lock in. Respect the talent God gave you. It can be gone in a second.

And if you’re in that dark place now, don’t stop. Go through the pain. Find yourself again. Your purpose is bigger than the game.

I had the talent to make it… but my attitude and lack of discipline killed it.
I smoked, drank, and pretended like everything was fine.
But behind closed doors, I was lost.

Showed up to meetings high.

Worst moment of my life was calling home after losing my scholarship.
I watched everyone around me live the dream while I hid, took dead-end jobs, and hated myself.

Until one day I said enough.
I had to become the man I needed back then.

Now I train with purpose.
Because I know what it’s like to fall apart.
And I never want someone else to go through what I did.

To anyone who’s ever trained with me, even just once, thank you.
You think I was helping you.
But the truth is…you were helping me survive.

You’re not losing fat because you keep making these mistakes:
	
1️⃣ You train hard but your diet’s all over the place. 

You’re burning calories but eating like it doesn’t matter. No plan, no structure, no results. You need a real strategy, not just “eating clean.”

Muscle is great. But if your heart’s out of shape and your fat’s not moving it’s because you’re missing the other side of the equation. Strength AND conditioning. Period.

There’s a 7-year-old kid inside me. Shy, unsure, and lacking confidence. But he’d be so proud of the man I’ve become today.

I used to dream of doing exactly what I’m doing now. I remember desperately searching for purpose, wanting nothing more than to serve others and make an impact. I didn’t know how I’d get there… but I stayed the course, trusted the process, and let faith lead the way.

At times, it’s easy to lose sight of the grace God has shown me. But I’m so grateful! Grateful that He’s blessed me, guided me, and never gave up on me, even when I doubted myself.
