![that was a life changing moment in 2021 !
When i was that fat that year with all the stress I was getting acidic reflux and panic attacks. the combination of bad food and stress is the formula to fast death.
cleaning up my eating and staying discipline was the change I needed the most and from there my life has never been the same.
All the wealth in the world without great health it is not worth shit. Get your health in order and everything else follows.
in 2021 I was dealing with panic attacks and acidc reflux which constantly made me feel I can die at any time and some doctor offered meds that I rejected and I went the natural route, which is cleaning up my diet and working out and truly worked like magic ! CUT OFF PROCESSED SUGAR ASAP. specially if you get panic attacks.
Proud of myself to the moon and beyond but I also know there’s more work to be done here. I need to shred down 15-20 more pounds.
hope this inspires at least 1 to make a change today. Stay savage.

This was a simple gem that meant a ton, it defined a transition going from a boy to a man in my late twenties.
