I recently visited Wildfarmed with francomancapizza to learn all about how their flour is made - from regenerative farming all the way to the pizza dough. It was my first time seeing the process up close, and we also had a pizza-making class (which reminded me that I need to work on my pizzas skills). A HUGE dream of mine came true this week: I launched my very first Italy Food Tour !! 🥹🇮🇹✨ This past year I’ve had the chance to travel across Italy and reconnect with my country in ways I couldn’t before. I moved to London when I was 18, so being back and exploring Italy as an adult has felt truly special. On one of those trips (for the Calabria Food Fest) I met sognareinsiemeviaggi - a local agency who made it all happen. When they suggested creating a food tour together, I was honestly unsure at first. It felt bigger than me. But that’s how I knew I had to do it. So here we are! In June 2026, I’ll be taking a small group on a 12-day journey across Rome, Naples, and Calabria. We’ll keep it intimate so it feels less like a tourist trip and more like traveling with friends.
