A little skincare lineup from my mini moon. Not the full routine, but some products I'm loving that I've consistently been using for a few weeks: acwell_global Licorice pH Balancing Cleansing Toner: Hydrating enough for warm months that I can do a few layers and not feel greasy. I don't know if it's super brightening on its own but it does work in my routine with other brightening products. goodmolecules Discoloration Correcting Serum: This has rave reviews for dark spots so I wanted to give it a try. Main ingredients are tranexamic acid, which my skin loves, and niacinamide, which I have mixed feelings about (why is it in EVERYTHING). However my skin is tolerating this well and I definitely think it contributes to brightening over a few weeks. rejuranusa Turnover Ampoule, c-PDRN: I think of and use this more as a hyaluronic acid serum. It's hydrating and is a nice addition to my routine. I don't know if it gives immediate results, per se, but I don't think it's hurting. officialmedik8 Crystal Retinal Night Serum: These are SO good, the different levels of retinals really allows you to find what works for you with no irritation. I did see this brand was acquired by a big corp soo going to have to stock up before they do some kind of dilution to this formula to save on the bottom line. 😑 colorescience Face Shield Flex SPF 50: I haven't tried a *ton* of tinted SPFs but this is probably my favorite of the ones I have tried. It's a full mineral-tinted SPF which is nice, but it does take some trial and error to fit into a routine because it can pill. I use this like any tinted moisturizer and makeup applies over it nicely. Now that I've been using the rhode peptide lip shapes for a few months, here are my honest thoughts: - I don't find them long wearing but they do last if I'm not doing any kind of crazy eating - So easy to apply. They look good even when I'm applying haphazardly - The shades are so flattering - If you don't have a defined lip line/border and require a sharp long wear pencil to give your lips precise definition, you probably won't like these - These function exactly as advertised IMO- lip contours that give a little shape and a soft line effect. GIMME 14 OF 'EM🖊️💋 my thoughts on the Rhode peptide lip contours now that I've been using them for a few months... I have 4 shades of the rhode skin Peptide Lip Shapes and I use them all. My most used right now is Twist. They are not long wear lip liners, and I love them for that. However I don't find them to just evaporate off the lips—of course if you rub your lips your makeup is going to get disturbed. They might wear off when eating and drinking, but imo many many liners do. If you need a pencil with a sharp defining point, you will not like these. If you don't have a defined lip line or border and rely on liner to create that, you will not like these.
