HIDDEN OMAKASE POP-UP IN ROSWELL 🍣 If you’ve been following me for a while, you know how much I love circle_sushi, which is why I’m so excited they have opened an Omakase Pop-Up inside of their Circle Noodle location on Holcomb Bridge. Yuki, the owner, only sources the highest quality fish straight from Japan for all of his restaurants. He even has some of the same vendors as Michelin-starred Omakases in the Atlanta area, but isn’t charging the same prices 👀 He rotates the menu seasonally so that you get to try some of the rarest fish during your meal. I like to consider myself pretty well-versed in sushi, and there were a few nigiri fish types, I had not even heard of! Circle Sushi H is an intimate sushi experience, only seating up to 4 people each seating (two couples) or up to 10 people if all within the same party. There are seatings at 6 PM and 8 PM every night. It’s $185 per person, but you really get a lot of bang for your buck. The A5 Wagyu Hand Roll topped with your favorite fish of the night that Chef Horie serves at the end alone is probably worth $50+, and their current seasonal dessert is Crown Melon from Japan which goes for around $120 per melon to import! Maybe the best fruit I’ve ever had?! And great news, they are opening a location in Midtown by the end of the year! I will share more details on that when Yuki shares them with me. LET’S TRY ONE OF THE MOST ICONIC STEAKHOUSES IN THE ATLANTA AREA 🥩 arnetteschopshop in Brookhaven had been on my list for the longest time, so I was so excited to try it recently. Not to be surprised, their steaks like the Bone-In Filet were perfectly cooked & seasoned, and their sides were everything you wanted them to be (Hello Dauphinoise Potatoes and Jalapeño Creamed Corn). But, I was also so impressed with other menu options like East Coast Oysters, the Wedge Salad, Wagyu Beef Ribs and Lobster Spaghetti. Next time, I have my eyes on their off-menu burger 👀 The restaurant is great for special occasions as it has multiple levels, a patio/lanai, and even a private club for its most loyal customers. But it is also great for girls’ night or just something different for a weekday dinner. But no matter when or why you go, don’t skip dessert! I FOUND YOUR NEXT DATE NIGHT SPOT AT THIS CEVICHE BAR & RESTAURANT IN BUCKHEAD 🐟 If you haven’t been to madreselvaatl yet, take this sign your sign to check it out. The restaurant focuses on Latin Coastal Cuisine, and specifically a large variety of Ceviche and seafood dishes. Everything we tried was so fresh, but also super flavorful 🔥I really enjoyed the Ceviche Carretillero with delicious Leche de Tigre, Parmigiano Conchitas (Baked Scallops), the Madre Selva Sushi Roll, and my favorite, Raices De La Costa (Seafood Rice). If you’re not a seafood person, they do have other options like the classic Lomo Saltado, and even vegetarian options as well (Mushroom Ceviche anyone?!). The drinks were great, and the atmosphere and design of the restaurant definitely felt elevated, but inviting. You almost forget you’re in Atlanta! If you’re looking for your next date night, or even girls’ night spot, definitely consider adding them to your list! HIDDEN GEM KITCHEN & MARKET IN EDGEWOOD 🥪🥤🥞 pure.quill.superette and its retro vibe with diner-style booths won me over as soon as I walked in, but the food is what really wowed me! 👏 The menu is a bit bigger than some of your typical breakfast / lunch places, so when eatingthroughatlanta and I went, we had to order a few things! Their locally famous “Cod Royale” was perfectly crispy and the Classic Club was everything you wanted it to be. While the Fried Tofu with Kimchi was unexpectedly good, the Squash Pancakes may have been our favorite bite of it all! The edges had the perfect crunch while the inside was fluffy and paired with their syrup, we could NOT stop eating them. As the name suggests, they also have small supermarket inside with produce, meats, pantry staples and more. And their patio is great when it’s not too hot outside here in Georgia. One of the Best Steakhouses in OTP Atlanta Now Has $10 Martinis on Thursdays 🍸 Finally made my way out to Johns Creek to try pampasatl and was so thoroughly impressed with the whole experience from the food to the service! Pampas is an Argentinian-style Steakhouse which means they grill all of their steaks on a Spanish Parrilla. They also have specialty cuts like “The Brick” which is a 14oz center cut filet, and offer a variety of sauces and accompaniments. I couldn’t help myself with adding the Black Truffle Butter to my Bone-In Ribeye 🤤 I went on a Thursday because they are now offering their “Thursday Twist” Menu with 10 options of $10 Martinis from Cosmopolitans, to Espresso, Cucumber & more (head to my stories for the full menu) Such a great deal, and very well made drinks. Beautiful Thai Restaurant With 9 Locations In & Around Atlanta 🇹🇭🍜🌶️✨ If you haven’t visited 26thai yet, you’re missing out! With a mix of full-service and counter-service locations across the Atlanta-metro, it’s a convenient, delicious spot to enjoy authentic Thai food. They recently opened their Alpharetta location (pictured), and I really enjoyed my experience. The food & the staff were awesome! I also loved the Marquee decor inside 😍 Of course 26 Thai has classics like Pad Thai & Massaman Curry, but they also have some exciting specialties like the Panang Short Rib which literally fell off the bone, Bangkok Street Chicken which was one of my favorite dishes, and the Siam Snapper being a whole fried snapper with a super flavorful chili lime sauce. Atlanta, did you know there’s a spot in Krog Street Market that makes dips the star of the meal? 😋 dipsdipsdipskitchen has been around in Atlanta for a little while now, primarily delivering your favorite dips via DoorDash or UberEats. But they recently opened their fast-casual location inside thekrogdistrictatl so now you can grab a bite while you wander the atlantabeltline. Girl Dinner after a Hot Girl Walk anyone?! 🙋‍♀️ Fun fact about me, I once threw a Dipsmas party just so I could try a bunch of different dips my friends make. So this spot is SOOOO up my alley. Have you heard about this awesome deli + market with locations in Alpharetta & Roswell? 🥪👀 Atlanta, if there’s one thing you need to know (if you don’t already know), it’s that I LOVE me a sandwich. So when I saw savorygourmetmarket recently on yelp, I knew I needed to try it immediately. Their sandwiches are huge and reminiscent of your favorite New York delis with meat stacked high. I ordered “The Long Islander” which was literally the size of my head, and has prosciutto, fried chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers, arugula, EVOO and balsamic vinegar layered TWICE on a baguette. Definitely a sandwich to share! I also ordered the “Pastrami Reuben” which was also a pretty good take on a classic. Both sandwiches came with the perfect half-sour pickle which was the best complement. At least at their alphacitycenter location (the one I visited), they also have a market as well with deli meats, cheesecakes, prepared foods, frozen pizzas and more. They can get pretty busy, so come patient, or order takeout! Finally checking this rooftop + restaurant in Atlanta off of my list ✔️ I feel like Atlanta already knows palosanto_atl for their fun rooftop upstairs that always has something going on, but I don’t see anyone talking enough about their restaurant downstairs, so I will. The restaurant is Mexican-inspired and uses Georgia-grown ingredients on a wood-fired grill. From Carne Asada that comes served with Bone Marrow, to the Las Bravas (their version of Patatas Bravas) and the Mushroom Rice (Vegetarian Paella-esque) all of the food and drinks, here are delicious and on point 😮‍💨 While some of the menu items can be a little pricier, they offer “Taco Tuesday” starting from $16, and “Wine Wednesday” for 50% Off select bottles of wine, so I would visit on one of those days before. Hidden Gem in Roswell for Polish/Eastern European Food 🥟 I woke up one day with a craving for pierogis and found balticdeliroswell on yelp and immediately had to try it. Polish food is something I’ve always said Atlanta needs more of! It’s located in Roswell, Georgia right off of Holcomb Bridge and it’s a mix between a market and a deli, but also has a walk-up counter for lunch. I went planning to order pierogis, but I couldn’t just order one thing! I’m just a girl! I wound up also ordering the Stuffed Cabbage and Chicken Schnitzel plate as well. The pierogis had two options, meat or potato & cheese (I did the latter) and are topped with caramelized onion and come with a side (I did coleslaw). The stuffed cabbage is topped with tomato sauce and served with mashed potatoes. The schnitzel is made to order, and is served with mashed potatoes and a side of your choice (I got cucumber salad). Everything satisfied every craving I had, and the staff was so friendly! I also made sure to check out the foods they had in the market before heading out. So many things I’ve never seen before. POV: you just found your ✨new✨ favorite restaurant on the Atlanta Beltline. yujiatlanta is a modern Japanese spot that recently opened at junctionkrogdistrict 🌸 It’s from the same team as kinjoroom so you know not only is the sushi quality amazing, but the vibes at the restaurant are top notch. Almost every bit of decor inside is custom and a beautiful ode to Japan, and alexkinjo put so much love & thought into the interior as always. My bestie and I really enjoyed everything we ate, from the Crispy Spicy Tuna Box to Signature Nigiri (Salmon with truffle HELLO) and the flaming Miso Tamago Yaki for dessert. The staff was not only super friendly, but very knowledgeable about the menu, which helps when you’re an indecisive girly like me 😉 The location in thekrogdistrictatl is perfect - and a little birdie told me that they are going to have the best patio bar on the atlantabeltline come summer, complete with a walk-up sushi window 👀 If you haven’t made a reservation yet, this is your sign! Beautiful restaurant in Sandy Springs that you need to check out 🌸 theselectatl recently revamped their iconic bar decor and made a few updates to the menu as well, just in time for Spring! The new flower installation is stunning, and the new bites like the Hot Blue Crap Dip & Wild Boar Ragu pasta were delicious. Pair them with carefully crafted cocktails, and you’re in for a good night. Oh, and save room dessert.
