Had a vivid visualization in Shavasana yesterday, where I asked how could this even be my life? But looking back on the journey, I see how everything truly does lead us exactly where we’re meant to be. Life has been feeling so full, just overflowing with beauty, & the most incredible souls walking this path alongside. The most precious part is knowing that it’s all impermanent, what we call Anicca in yoga. This is the heart of the practice. Remembering that prana flows strongest when we are together in our daily rituals & in presence. And how it’s never really about the outcome, the destiny or even the path itself. Beyond grateful to be creating this with my Thailand sister and to be flowing for such a powerful cause. 💛 beatsgiveback_ is doing incredible work providing foster youth with the opportunity to connect, heal, and rewire their nervous systems through music and community. Through their partnership with the thejoshuahousefoundation they’ve built a studio, provided equipment, and created programs that give these kids the tools to express themselves and feel seen. This cause is close to my heart, as one of my best friends works with Joshua House, and I’ve witnessed firsthand the impact it has.
