Let’s shift your mindset & start befriending your body instead ⬇️

Think about it. Your body has been your partner through this entire journey. It was the key player in creating life and took on the most important role. Like…you literally grew a human in your body. Hello, what (to this day it still blows my mind 😂). 

That same body is still carrying you, helping you move through life and it is the only reason you can take care of the little human you created and love the most.

So maybe it’s time to stop treating it like the enemy and start treating it like your friend instead. 

It took over 9 months to grow, so why are you giving yourself 6 months to snap right back? 

And here’s the truth. You won’t be getting your same body “back.” It will change…because YOU are changed. But that does not mean you can’t get strong and confident again. In fact, I honestly feel even stronger—extra skin and all. 

Like anything good and right in life, it takes time.  Remember to give yourself grace.
