Method:
	1.	Crush the biscuits in a food processor or place them in a zip-lock bag and crush with a rolling pin.
	2.	Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter until it reaches a wet sand-like texture.
(Use extra butter if using non-cream biscuits.)
	3.	Set aside.

🍮 2nd Layer – Thick Wobbly Custard

Ingredients:
	•	Milk
	•	Sugar
	•	Custard powder

Method:
	1.	Reserve ¼ cup of milk and mix it with custard powder to make a slurry.
	2.	Bring the remaining milk to a boil.
	3.	Add sugar and the custard slurry while stirring continuously.
	4.	Cook on medium heat until the mixture thickens and comes to a second boil.
	5.	Turn off the heat and let it cool under a fan.
	6.	Cover with cling film touching the surface to avoid milk skin formation.

Ingredients:
	•	Medium ripe mango – pureed
	•	Sugar
	•	Lemon juice
	•	Lemon zest

Method:
	1.	Cook mango puree and sugar on low heat for 7–8 minutes.
	2.	Turn off the heat and allow it to cool.
	3.	Mix in lemon juice and lemon zest. Set aside.

Recipe:-
	1.	Cut paneer into cubes and keep it aside.
	2.	In a bowl, add tomato ketchup, schezwan sauce, salt, black pepper, and chilli flakes.
	3.	Mix well and marinate the paneer cubes in this spicy mixture.
	4.	In a pan, heat some oil and add chopped garlic, dried red chillies, and fresh basil leaves.
	5.	Let it sizzle for a few seconds to release the aroma.
	6.	Add your marinated paneer and stir-fry everything on high heat for 2–3 mins.

Recipe:- 
1. Biscuit Base:
	•	Crush 10-12 Biscoff biscuits in a blender until fine.
	•	Add 30g melted butter and mix until it feels like wet sand.
	•	Press this mixture firmly into the base of your tiffin or container to form the first layer.
	
2. Cheesecake Filling:
	•	In a pan, bring the 1L milk to a boil.
	•	Add citric acid (or lemon juice) gradually to curdle the milk. Stir gently.
	•	Once paneer separates, strain using a muslin cloth and rinse with water. Let it cool.
	•	In a bowl, blend the fresh paneer with 1/2 Cup whipping cream, 1/4 Cup condensed milk, and a pinch of sea salt until smooth and creamy.
	•	Pour this mixture over the chilled biscuit base and level it out and refrigerate it to set.

3. Topping:
	•	Melt Biscoff spread slightly (microwave for 10–15 seconds).
	•	Spread it evenly over the cheesecake layer.
	•	Sprinkle crushed Biscoff biscuits on top for texture.

Final Step:
	•	Refrigerate for 4–6 hours or until fully set.
	•	Slice and enjoy straight from the tiffin!

	5.	Pour the frothed coffee mix over the ice.
	6.	Add chilled milk to your taste.

	1.	Boil corn until soft. 
	2.	In a mixing bowl, add the boiled corn and flatten it slightly with a potato masher or a spoon.
	3.	To this, add:
	•	Finely chopped green chillies

	•	suji (semolina)

	•	Red chilli powder
	•	Rock salt

	4.	Mix everything well until it becomes a soft, shapeable batter.
	5.	Make small tikkis and cook them on a tawa with a little oil until golden and crispy on both sides.

For assembling the chaat:
	1.	Place the hot corn tikkis on a plate.
	2.	Top them with:
	•	curd
	•	Imli (tamarind) chutney
	•	Green chutney
	•	Garnish with pomegranate pearls, pickled onions, grated carrots, and lots of crunchy sev.

Step 1:
	•	Boil Maggi noodles and keep it aside.

Step 2:
In a pan, add:
	•	1 tbsp Oil 🍶
	•	1 tsp Butter 🧈
	•	Lots of chopped Garlic 🧄 (don’t be shy!)
	•	1 tsp Chilli Flakes 🌶️
	•	Maggi Masala 🧂 (the whole sachet – go bold)
	•	2-3 tbsp Water 💦 (just to make it saucy)

Let it all sizzle together till it smells like happiness.

Step 3: Bring in the Star
	•	Add the boiled Maggi into this masaledaar mix
	•	Drizzle some Chilli Oil on top 🌶️ (optional but highly recommended!)
	•	Toss it all together so every strand is coated with garlicky goodness

	2.	Mix the veggies:
Transfer to a bowl. Add chopped onion, bell peppers, grated carrot, rock salt, oregano, chilli flakes, and a pinch of baking soda. Mix everything well.
	3.	Assemble the sandwich:
Spread the mixture on one side of a bread slice. Place it mixture-side down on a greased toaster or pan.
	4.	Add cheese:
Place a cheese slice on top. Spread the same mixture on another bread slice and place it on top — mixture side facing up.
	5.	Toast to perfection:
Toast both sides until golden brown and crisp.
	6.	Serve hot:

	•	A spoonful of boondi
	•	Ice cubes
	•	A pinch of red chilli flakes
	•	A few lemon slices (for extra zing and garnish)

Mix well and chill.

	1.	Take one rice cake and quickly dip it into espresso (don’t let it swim — just a quick dunk).
	2.	Spread a generous layer of yogurt on top.
	3.	Sprinkle cocoa powder like you’re seasoning drama.
	4.	Repeat the process two more times — stack the dipped rice cakes, yogurt, and cocoa until you’ve got 3 dramatic layers.
	5.	Finish with extra cocoa powder on top (because main characters need a crown).

For Bang Bang Sauce:
	•	Dried red chillies (soaked) or fresh red chillies
	•	Cashews (soaked)
	•	Paneer
	•	Honey
	•	Rock salt
	•	Peri peri powder

1. Prepare the Potatoes:
	•	Wash and boil baby potatoes until fork-tender (don’t overcook).
	
2. Make the Coating Slurry:
	•	In a bowl, mix flour, rock salt, red chilli powder, minced garlic, and enough water to make a smooth slurry.
	•	Dip each potato into the slurry and coat well.

3. Bread and Airfry:
	•	Roll the coated potatoes in bread crumbs until evenly covered.
	•	Airfry them at 180°C (356°F) for 12–15 minutes or until golden and crispy.

4. Prepare the Sauce:
	•	In a blender, add soaked chillies, soaked cashews, a small chunk of paneer, honey, rock salt, and peri peri powder.
	•	Blend into a smooth, creamy sauce. Adjust the consistency with a splash of water if needed.

5. Assemble:
	•	Place the crispy airfried potatoes on a serving plate.
	•	Generously pour the bang bang sauce over them.

Ingredients- 

🍪 1st Layer – Biscuit Crust

Ingredients:
	•	Oreo biscuits 
	•	Melted butter

Method:
	1.	Crush the biscuits in a food processor or place them in a zip-lock bag and crush with a rolling pin.
	2.	Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter until it reaches a wet sand-like texture.
(Use extra butter if using non-cream biscuits.)
	3.	Set aside.

🍮 2nd Layer – Thick Wobbly Custard

Ingredients:
	•	Milk
	•	Sugar
	•	Custard powder

Method:
	1.	Reserve ¼ cup of milk and mix it with custard powder to make a slurry.
	2.	Bring the remaining milk to a boil.
	3.	Add sugar and the custard slurry while stirring continuously.
	4.	Cook on medium heat until the mixture thickens and comes to a second boil.
	5.	Turn off the heat and let it cool under a fan.
	6.	Cover with cling film touching the surface to avoid milk skin formation.

🥭 3rd Layer – Mango Coulis

Ingredients:
	•	Medium ripe mango – pureed
	•	Sugar
	•	Lemon juice
	•	Lemon zest

Method:
	1.	Cook mango puree and sugar on low heat for 7–8 minutes.
	2.	Turn off the heat and allow it to cool.
	3.	Mix in lemon juice and lemon zest. Set aside.

🍫 4th Layer – Chocolate

Use dark couverture chocolate or your favorite homemade one.
Garnish with a light sprinkle of sea salt just before serving.

🥒 Zucchini Noodles
Ingredients:
	•	1 green zucchini
	•	1 yellow zucchini
	•	1 tsp olive oil
	•	2–3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
	•	Salt & black pepper to taste

Method:
1.	Take green and yellow zucchini and slice them into long noodles using a spiralizer or peeler.
	2.	In a pan, heat some oil and add chopped garlic.
	3.	Add the zucchini ribbons and season with salt and black pepper.
	4.	Sauté for 1–2 minutes until lightly cooked but still crisp.
	5.	Set aside.

🌶️ For the Sautéed Veggies
Ingredients:
	•	Paneer
	•	Bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
	•	Oil
	•	Salt
	•	Black pepper
	•	Chilli flakes

Method:
	1.	Cut paneer into small cubes.
	2.	Chop the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
	3.	Heat oil in a pan and add the bell peppers and paneer.
	4.	Season with salt, black pepper, and chilli flakes.
	5.	Sauté on medium-high heat until veggies are slightly soft and paneer is golden.

🍅 For the Sauce/ Dressing

Ingredients:
	•	Oil
	•	Garlic
	•	Cherry tomatoes
	•	Desi tomatoes
	•	Onion
	•	Cashews
	•	Salt
	•	Basil
	•	Oregano
	•	Chilli flakes

Method:
	1.	Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, cherry tomatoes, desi tomatoes, onion, cashews, and salt.
	2.	Cook until everything softens and blends well together.
	3.	Add basil, oregano, and chilli flakes.
	4.	Let the mixture cool slightly, then blend into a smooth, creamy sauce.
