Honestly, I was doing this on and off… and every time I stopped eating balanced and indulged in more carbs ❌ I noticed the difference immediately — bloating came back, I gained weight, and my energy levels dropped again.

That’s when I realized — it’s not a temporary diet, it has to be a lifestyle. 🌿
Now I’m really trying to adopt this completely 💪 because the benefits are so clear.

🥦 More veggies on my plate (fiber + vitamins)
🍗 Enough protein in every meal (chicken, dal, paneer, eggs)
🍚 Controlled carbs (semi-polished rice/millets instead of a mountain of rice)
🥛 Curd for digestion & calcium
I’m still learning how to balance plates ❤️ 

This simple plate swap gave me:
✅ Reduced postpartum belly (I still have belly and I’m working on it, but it’s improving)
✅ Better energy levels
✅ Steady weight loss without starving
