- This breakfast is anti-bloat and gives me so much energy while in China 😋🤌 ..and when I say, I never fart while pooping once a week, I mean it. I know how weird and insane it sounds especially being a six year long ex- vegan myself. I absolutely believed that pooping every single day was a sign of optimal health. Yet I was constantly wondering why my belly was always bloated and in pain when I was eating nothing but fiber, fruits, and vegetables.. 🥲 Now, after going high fat carnivore, I can eat literally as much food as I want without ever having to worry about bloating and energy crashes throughout the day. Yes, I may poop much less, but that does not concern me because I just know that I have less waste to excrete. Why? because I’m not eating useless fiber and vegetables. I also can’t think of a better sign of health than my cystic acne, psoriasis, rosacea, and eczema going away for good. My menstrual cycles every month are painless and regular. I sleep like a baby and I wake up with endless energy. If these results are not signs of health, then I don’t know what is. I know I am eating the right foods for my body because I am the best version of myself. - Comment “CAKE” if you’d love to try this carnivore yogurt cake!! 🍰💛 DECADENT YOGURT CAKE RECIPE: Ingredients 1. 1 cup thick yogurt (e.g., Siggi’s Skyr or Greek yogurt) 2. 3 whole eggs (room temperature) 3. ⅓ cup melted animal fat (raw butter, tallow, or lard) 4. 1 cup milk powder (any type, not limited to non-fat) 5. 3 tablespoons collagen powder (up to 5 tbsp if you prefer drier cake) Optional Add-Ons: 6. ⅔ cup allulose or ½ cup raw honey (for sweetness) 7. 1 tsp vanilla extract (or real vanilla bean) 8. 2 tsp baking powder (aluminum-free) 9. Pinch of high-quality salt Directions Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, whisk together: o 1 cup yogurt o 3 eggs o ⅓ cup melted butter (or animal fat) o 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) Add in dry ingredients: o 1 cup milk powder o 3–5 tbsp collagen powder o Sweetener (if using) o Pinch of salt o 2 tsp baking powder Mix until smooth and thick. Line an 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper. Pour in batter. Bake for 50 minutes at 350°F. Let cool, then slice and serve.
