Hyderabad’s real estate market remained highly active in Q2 2025, with Kokapet, Narsingi, and Puppalguda leading the city in terms of sales value.
Kokapet topped the charts with ₹1,464 Cr in gross sales, followed by Narsingi at ₹1,304 Cr, reflecting strong demand in the premium western corridor. Puppalguda also stood out with ₹706 Cr in sales, underscoring its growing appeal among end-users and investors alike.

According to property registration documents accessed by Square Yards from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), Bollywood actor Sonu Sood has sold his luxury apartment in Lokhandwala Minerva, Mumbai, for ₹8.10 crore.

The apartment has a carpet area of 1,247 sq. ft. (116 sq. m.) and a built-up area of 1,497 sq. ft. (139.07 sq. m.), and the deal also includes two car parking spaces.

The transaction attracted a stamp duty of ₹48.60 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000, the documents show.

Sood had purchased the property in 2012 for ₹5.16 crore, which means he has made a profit of nearly ₹3 crore from the sale of this high-end apartment.
