The Plaza de España in Seville was built for the Ibero-American Exposition of 1929, a world’s fair showcasing Spain’s cultural. Designed by architect Aníbal González, it blends Renaissance Revival and Moorish Revival styles in a grand semicircular complex.

The building is as spectacular as is looks in photos. I am totally in love with the stone details and the roof. Wow! The inside is also stunning and completely over the top with gold and luxurious furnishings.

Set in the Drawing Room at the Old War Office, this is one the most exquisite afternoon teas in town. Inspired by the buildings spy heritage the cakes are a dedication to the bravery of female spies!
It was all fabulous, so would highly recommend if you are looking for that something special to do.
