- ✈️ Summer Travel log Part 1 On a long flight back from 3 amazing weeks spent exploring 5 countries as a family. First stop - London England! 🇬🇧 Graham and I had been before, but for the girls it was their first time and they LOVED it! Only spent two full days there, but highlights included: “High tea” in Covent Gardens The beautiful architecture Hearing Big Ben Strolling through Notting Hill Our cozy London flat The surprise family of🦊’s outside our windows Riding bikes through Hyde Park Sitting in Holland Park Dinner with friends! Walking along the Thames River All the yummy food Taking the tube 🚇 The AMAZING open air pop up opera performance!
- Summer Travel Log Part 2: 🥐 PARIS ! From London we traveled to Paris on the train for a quick 3 night stay in the city. The Airbnb was 😍🤯 the most beautiful I had ever seen. We were only there for two full days, so we just tried to hit some of the major spots and sit in enough street side cafés to soak in the Parisian culture before our next location that would send us into completely different terrain 🏔️. It’s fun with the girls being old enough to research some of their own places they want to go, food we have to try and things they want see. It was almost like having our own little trip planners. We took the girls here seven years ago, so it was really fun to see them to relive some of those memories now a little bit older. Because we’ve been here before we kept this part of this trip short to give us more time in new countries…
- And just like that we have a 16 yr old😭🥰🥲🫠 and she’s the most kind, humble, pure hearted, genuine, incredible young lady two parents could hope for. I’ll just be in the corner in a puddle of tears.
