![OPEN ME! I used to hate a little black dress because I would pair it with a cute purse and pretty heels and I just would find the whole look so boring. Here is how to make any outfit cooler:
If the statement piece in your outfit is softer or more femme, juxtapose that with accessories that seem harder or more masc either in their texture or structure!
The dress in this look really soft and feminine, so the accessories are harder! The fabric of the jacket is stiffer and more militant looking. The boots are leather with almost motorcycle detailing. The bag is super structured and the sunglasses almost look like hard ice.
If an outfit is not interesting through color, it needs to be interesting through shape or texture. So although this is an all black outfit, every single element is a different texture…making any black outfit automatically so much cooler! 🖤
I feel like I didn’t really explain this perfectly, but I hope you kind of get the idea of what I’m trying to say!! Just a peak inside my brain! Also I’m using masc and femme super loosely—of course what makes a piece harder or softer is all subjective has nothing to do with actual gender! Ok love you byeeee]()

![FULL FACE OF NEW PRODUCTS! Because what better time to test new products than fashion week? 😂😇 Here’s the tea:
1. livetinted huestick in 11: my fav complexion product I’ve tried in years! It gives your skin such a natural finish it literally is second skin ✨
2. narsissist creamy concealer in ginger: second time trying this! It’s such a light concealer for under the eyes, but are also gives a lot of coverage!
3. makeupbymario brush in F4: I have used this brush for years, and I literally think it is the only face brush you need! There’s nothing like opening a fresh one though!!
4. toofaced cloud crush in milk & cookies: I think this is a really beautiful understated color BUT I do wish the formula was slightly more pigmented… if you like a natural blush, then this is for you!
5. hourglasscosmetics airbrush powder: I still need to test this out more but paired with the Live Tinted huestick so well my skin felt so light!
6. makeupbymario lip liner in rich mauve: this is my new holy grail lip liner! It is the most perfect shade if you are around my skin tone and just suits me SO WELL I can’t believe I’ve never tried it!!
7. makeupbymario moisture glow in pink glow: I clearly have never tried this formula before lol! It actually makes your lips look so huge and moisturized!
8. livetinted huebeam blushing bronzer in sahara sunset: I tried this once when it first launched, but I think I shattered my old one! Rediscovering this has been such a treat and helps sort of blend blush and contour together seamlessly to more of a natural gradient!
9. maybelline gel pencil in aurora flip: I haven’t done a dark green sparkly gel liner in over a decade, and I actually really love switching it up and doing something unexpected!
10. hourglasscosmetics instant extensions mascara: I have never tried an hourglass mascara before, and I love how defining this one is! It definitely gives you the look of lash extensions, but I also prefer layering it with a volumizing mascara!!
11. makeupbymario setting spray: this has been my current go to setting spray and so far I feel like it really makes my makeup go back to looking more skin like!!]()

I feel like a friendship ending is one of the most gutwrenching things someone can go through— but I almost feel like it is an inevitable canon event. I think friends can have bad days and off seasons… it’s so important to be there for your ride or dies! BUT if you are being affected negatively by a specific pattern of behavior on their end—that is when I think it’s time to have a discussion!
BASELINE your friends should always want the best for you…period end of story. If there is anyone in your life that you feel nazar from, that person is not your friend. Now if you call out a negative pattern of behavior, your friend has two options:
1. They will correct the behavior and of course apologize for the negative impact
2. They will deny and double down that they didn’t do anything wrong
If your friend continues to hurt you, and you’ve explained to them why this pattern is harmful…then they are not your friend! I’m a firm believer in being there for my ride or dies. I take my friendships so seriously and they mean the world to me. At the same time, no one is ever grandfathered in. It’s so important that you’re are being treated well today..and that these relationships align with your values today. Pay attention to energy, the right friends will fill your cup!!! 😘😘😘
