![I share much less of the animals I've rescued and treated here than I used to. But this cat's story deeply saddened me, and the treatment process won't be easy. University students see this cat in the schoolyard. She can't use one of her legs. Unable to afford private clinic fees, the students call the municipality. The municipality takes the cat in, but they perform a very poor surgery. They pin her broken leg, but the pin is of poor quality and isn't placed correctly, so over time, it gets lodged in the cat's foot bone. The cat has been living with this pain for about a year. When I learned about her condition, I immediately took her to the clinic. A CT scan confirmed the condition. Tomorrow morning, surgery will be performed, and I hope the pin, now lodged in the bone, will be removed without causing further damage. Three veterinarians will be involved in the operation. I've named this beautiful girl Banu. One of the reasons her condition touches me so deeply is Banu's character. She hugged me all the way from the schoolyard to the vet 🥺 She's a very friendly, loving cat. ![My cousin's friends saw this little kitten on the street. When she first went to the vet, she was in a very bad condition, with a fever of 39.9 degrees Celsius. Frankly, I thought her chances of survival were very low that first night, but she's a fighter. 🧿🙂
First, her fever was brought down, and supportive care was started because she had a severe viral attack. But the real and biggest problem is that this little girl has a completely cleft palate. 😔 It's probably a congenital condition; there's a very large gap in her palate, which poses a risk of choking. Because she's still so young and has also experienced a viral attack, it's not possible to operate on her palate right now. She'll stay in the clinic for a long time, and her condition will be monitored. Because she's such a small cat, we have a small hope that the gap in her palate might close over time. If that doesn't happen, surgery will be performed when she's a little older, but experts say that's quite risky. We'll see what time will tell. Her transformation in just four days gives me hope. I think he's a warrior little cat, and I hope we'll witness another miracle together 🙏🙂❤️

Kedilerle ilgilenen inşaat işçisi kedilerin annelerine araba çarpıp öldüğünü söyledi.. 😔 Adam yaklaşık 1 aydır kedilere bakıyormuş şantiyede fakat bugün işçinin son çalışma günüymüş. Bu akşam başka bir şehire gidecek ve tekrar buraya dönmeyecekmiş. Dolayısıyla kedilere bakacak kimse olmayacak şantiyede ve açıkçası burada hayatta kalmaları imkansız.. Evimdeki kedi sayısından dolayı evime almam imkansız. Kedileri inşaat alanından aldık. Geçici bir çözüm olarak onlara iyi bakılacak bir kedi oteline götüreceğim şimdi. Orada kaldıkları süreçte de sahip arayacağım. Herbirine yuva bulabileceğim konusunda pek umutlu değilim açıkçası ama umarım herbirine yuva bulabiliriz. Today I learned that there were 5 kittens left motherless at a construction site near our neighborhood 😔 We went to the construction site immediately. The construction worker who was taking care of the cats said that the cats' mother was hit by a car and died. 😔 The man had been taking care of the cats at the construction site for about a month, but today was the worker's last day of work. He will go to another city tonight and will not come back here. Therefore, there will be no one to take care of the cats at the construction site and frankly, it is impossible for them to survive here. It is impossible for me to take them into my house due to the number of cats in my house. We took the cats from the construction site. As a temporary solution, I will take them to a cat hotel today where they will be well looked after. I will be looking for an adoption while they staying there. Frankly, I am not very hopeful about finding owners for all of them, but I hope I can.
