![Phuket was a total escape! 🌴
From taking long hikes to see a beautiful sunset to simply allowing the child in me to swing with no care in the world, it was pure bliss.
I even accidentally kicked my instructor 😭 Thankfully, a grounding walk across the grass to connect with nature is just what I needed 🌱🍃🌳
The food was incredible! It’s not just food but it’s a whole journey that will take you places. 🍜🍤🍛
And above all and my favorite was the spa! It was something I never experienced before! I felt like every muscle in my body was heard and acknowledged! I left the spa rejuvenated and energized 💆♀️🥹
