![We had a very beautiful celebration of yoga and summer solstice on Saturday. The weather was perfect, and we could enjoy the shade on what promised to be the hottest day. Thanks to those who brought coffee, watermelon and cake!!!
The theme of this year’s international yoga day was ‘Yoga for one Earth, One Health’, which reminds us of how our inner health through a sustainable practice contributes to the health and sustainability of our 🌍
