Who here actually enjoys cutting up organs? I think many years ago when I first started meal prepping for the dogs at home, I actually did enjoy cutting everything up. Since it’s not used that much in the USA (much higher use of goat meat in other countries), it is a bit more difficult to source here. A question I’ve noticed a lot of customers ask me about kangaroo meat is related to the smell of the meat.
