RUN SLOW TO RUN FAST! 🏃‍♂️⚡️
If you want to become a faster runner, you need to build your aerobic base. That means keeping your heart rate in the aerobic zone aka slowing down.

📊 Quick rule of thumb:
Aerobic HR = 180 – your age
(For me at 34 → under 146 BPM)

I follow the 80/20 rule:
✅ 80% = easy runs in the aerobic zone
✅ 20% = tempo/speed sessions

Slowing down today = running faster tomorrow. Trust the process.
