In today’s Teaching Tip, we have added a few things to correct the “TEXT HEAD” posture:

1. Place a dowel under your sitting box to tilt the box. This will help your clients maintain a neutral position of the spine.

2. Cross the straps to change the angle of the pull. This will allow you to focus on the mid back muscles - which is exactly the muscles you need to fire to correct your posture! 

3. Modify long box pulling straps by bending the elbows into the waistline. This also ensures you are working the mid back muscles.
