ALL MY HARD WORK PAYED OFF! ⬇️

This was my first time prepping for a photo shoot, and let me tell you, it was hard. You had to show up every day, no matter what.

There were good days and bad days, but I surpassed my own expectations and lost more than I ever imagined. I gave everything I had, and I’m so proud that all my hard work paid off. I looked better than I could have ever dreamed.

Through this prep, I learned so much about myself by stepping out of my comfort zone every day and pushing beyond limits I didn’t think I could reach.

However, after the prep, my body dysmorphia hit hard as I regained a little weight. I knew deep down that maintaining that level of leanness would make me miserable and wasn’t sustainable, but I loved seeing myself so lean.

Now, a couple of months after the shoot, I’ve taken time off social media to focus on myself. A lot has been going on in my personal life, and during these months, I’ve finally reached a place where I’m focusing more on how my body feels rather than how it looks.

I’ve finally gotten myself back after years of eating disorders and dieting. I’ve got my energy back, my laughter, and the freedom to enjoy meals with family and friends without worrying about calories. Most importantly, I’ve got my life back!

I can’t believe how incredible I feel. My goal now is to start easing back into posting on social media, enjoying my training, and properly fueling my body.

I couldn’t thank catrionakirwan and nathanbeggsfitness enough for everything they did for me throughout my prep they always had my back when times where hard and I couldn’t have done it without them

HOW I TRANSFORMED MY LIFE! 👇

The left photo was me 4 years ago and sitting at around 89kg 🙈

The right photo is me now sitting at 62kg getting ready for my very first photo shoot 😮‍💨

A lot of people think fat loss is a quick fix and it will happen over night but this is a great example to show you that it doesn’t 🙏

I have not only completely transformed my body over the past 4 years but I am also a completely different person mentally also 🤔

My fat loss journey was anything but easy I hit a lot of road blocks that stopped me from progressing 😫

I went through not only one but two eating disorders throughout my journey, It started with a binge eating disorder than went to the other extreme and I was anorexic 😔

But over those 4 years I have beaten both eating disorders and feel better than ever 🥰

I no longer look at food as the enemy I look at food as fuel for my body to be happy and enjoy life 😁

In the left photo I was severely depressed and suicidal I hated every inch of myself and hated my life 😞

Throughout those 4 years life hit me with a lot of challenges but I pushed through them and I made it out 🫶

It was really hard to get out of the dark but I pushed to the light and made an amazing life for myself ❤️

I pushed myself to get out of my comfort zone and start to do things I was always to afraid of doing and thats the only reason I am still here today 🫣

I am so proud of myself and how far I have come 😍

I now have my very own online personal training business and I get to help people transform their life just like I did 💕

You can never grow staying in the same place and staying in your comfort zone ❌

this is your sign to make that change for yourself once and for all and challenge yourself to do at least 1 thing a week that gets you outside your comfort zone I guarantee you it will change your life 👀

But there is a lot of factors to why your weight on the scales hasn’t gone down 🤔

You could be due your period, ate a little more carbs that day, didn’t sleep very well and so on 😊

It’s all personal preference tbh 🤨

I would much rather have a few snacks in between my meals throughout the day to keep my cravings away and my hunger down 📉

But some people would prefer to have 3 bigger meals throughout the day 🤔

Now if I only at 3 meals a day my cravings will be mental hahah 🙈

Snacking throughout the day prevents you from feeling hungry all the time and helps with keeping cravings low ⬇️

HOW I DEAL WITH DEPRESSION 👇

I have been suffering with depression and my mental health since I was very young 😖

Some days are better than others but the past 2 weeks haven’t been good for me in terms of my mental health 😕

Some things that help me when I’m struggling is spending time with my boyfriend, writing down things I am grateful for and listening to music 🎶

Mostly everything you see on social media is fake and we all think to ourselves why doesn’t my life look as perfect as that 🤨

But most people pick and choose what to post on social media making it look like they are living the dream 💭 

But you never know what goes on in their lives outside the cameras and the photos 🎥

The truth is no one has a perfect life everyone has there own struggles 🙃

When I had my eating disorder and lost a lot of weight I lost a lot of my muscle also which gave me that skinny fat look 😕

I always thought if I got to a certain weight on the scales my body will look amazing 🙃

But I was very wrong 🤨

My body only started to look amazing when I put on 10kg and built muscle 🤔

It gave my body the shape that it needed and now I am looking leaner then I was at my skinniest 🥰
