What’s better for weight loss? 

2-3 Big meals or 4-6 small meals

This is personal preference bc calories in calories out but here’s why I like 2-3 big meals!

1️⃣ I don’t have time to eat that many meals or prep for that many meals

2️⃣ I don’t like be hungry every 2-3 hours, I’d rather stay full for 4-5 hours

3️⃣ There’s less room to mess up calorie counting with 2-3 meals

Do carbs make you fat? ⤵️

No, eating too many calories is what makes you fat

Most people don’t realize there is a capacity for how many carbs you can store

The only place you can store carbs are in your liver and muscle

When your blood sugar starts to drop, your liver will release carbs to raise your blood sugar

Your muscle use carbs for movement

Most people aren’t using the carbs they already have stored so they end up getting an overflow

That overflow is either used for energy if you’re in a calorie deficit 

Or

Stored as fat if you’re in a calorie deficit

I am always going to do the least amount of work possible to stay in shape

I have realized that it doesn’t take a ton of effort to stay in shape

I do the same workout routine every week cause my job already requires me to build workout plans (less work)

I mainly drink water so I don’t have to count calories in other drinks (less work)

4 hard boiled eggs 
1 cup yogurt

4 oz beef / steak
4 eggs
(Can make this a scramble and add potatoes, cheese, sour cream)

1 cup cottage cheese (can add fruit or dress up however you like)
2 sausage patties

Notice I didn’t say anything about a protein shake. 

I believe in eating real food but I do understand many people don’t have time to cook that much in the morning

A protein shake is fine as long as the protein you’re using is high quality. 

If you have a blender I recommend doing a couple scoops protein powder, scoop of yogurt (won’t taste it if you don’t like yogurt), frozen fruit, honey, cinnamon powder!
