- 💚LASAGNE AL PISTACCHIO🇮🇹 📝Ingredients: 1 pack/500g of dry lasagne sheets (mine did not required pre cooking) or substitute with fresh ones 120g mortadella 1 whole scamorza cheese (around 250g) 1 to 1.5 L of bechamel (depending on how many layers you do) 4 tablespoons of pure/100% pistachio paste (store bought or you can make your own in a blender) grated parmigiano cheese crushed pistachio for an added crunch and to decorate ‼️Cooking tips: make sure there’s a lot of béchamel sauce so the lasagne sheets (if you’re using the ones that don’t require pre cooking) will cook fully in the oven.
