When I first stepped into the world of Pilates, I wasn’t just looking for a workout. I was searching for something deeper — a way to reconnect with my body, quiet my mind, and feel truly present again.

Like many of us, I was caught up in the constant rush of life. I was doing a lot, but not really feeling aligned. Pilates shifted that for me.
It taught me to slow down, to breathe, to move with awareness — and over time, it transformed not just my body, but my entire approach to life.

That’s what led me to build Pilates and Beyond.
I wanted to create a space where others could experience what I did — a space where movement becomes healing, where strength is built gently, and where every session feels like a return to yourself.

1 It’s not about how flexible you are

We don’t care if you can do the splits — we care if you can control your body through movement. Control =flexibility.
