Tiny but MIGHTY! Lol, Sandy Shimoda called me that when I demo’ed for her in her workshop 😂🤩 So yeah, quite a lot of people ask me to show my gym sessions. Time in the gym is really ‘me time’, so I try not to think about content, buuuut here you go. Sundays are the ones I enjoy the most… generally not in a rush, can take time, pull back on weight slightly, and focus on form. I’ll do the things I don’t love doing on my Sunday MOT. Also, my approach in the gym is the same approach as Pilates. I don’t tend to separate upper, lower, core days. All my workouts will be full body. Didn’t include the sled footage cos hard work doesn’t always look pretty, lol. I did a 20mins mat Pilates section after pull ups also. All exercises I did 3 sets and about 10/12 reps each set. Shout out to rmccabe361 rob_allan jmearefitness who coaching has always stayed with me. Hope I’m doing your proud! alo kept my looking fly as usual. What do you do on your Sunday gym session? 2025… No intention of slowing down ✨ Waking up to Beyoncé’s long awaited Grammy news this morning, on my mum’s birthday, at the precipice of a ground breaking year ahead, I feel revved up. You haven’t heard much from me. January has been pretty intense… in good ways and in trying ways. The positive takeaway is I have learnt more about myself and about others, and am growing in how I handle situations. I give everything to my craft and the people I love. I show up with honesty, respect and drive at all times, even if it’s not always easy. What I’m learning is that I have a bigger job to do in life, and I hope/work hard to represent an important message. Those who get it, get it. I want to celebrate the 4 years of building nobupilatesofficial with some of the best people ever. The community and change we’ve brought to the scene is amazing. Right… back to doing boss shit. My baby Alec 🥹 I have absolutely loved every second of training kloss_films for the last 3 years. I think in the last year or so, I challenged him to learn the classical intermediate Reformer order my memory and to try get his completion time to 25mins (pretty much instructor sped whilst maintaining control) I’m so proud of him… he didn’t hesitate to say yes, took home the written order and we go to work 💅🏾 💪 We’ve come so far in this journey, and we have a lot of fun. But even in 12 years of teaching, it will always be humbling to see the results and upwards trajectory Pilates gives to every body that is consistent and ready to trust the process.
