The most rewarding part of my job is teaching clients about their bodies. I always start with a postural analysis, where we assess each joint and note any imbalances. From there, I create a personalized plan to help improve alignment and movement patterns. One of my favorite exercises on the Cadillac is the roll down with the bar. For clients with an anterior pelvic tilt, I focus on creating mobility in the lumbar spine to help bring the pelvis into a more neutral position. Once the pelvis begins to move better, the hip flexors become less tight and the hamstrings are freer to stretch effectively. Clients come to me to refine their practice and bring their bodies into better alignment. From there, they can connect with the right muscles and begin to see real change.
