To start off my 40th year on this earth, I want to share a bit of an update with regard to what has been happening to for the past year. Last Year, I was diagnosed with borderline Diabeties and my doctor told me to shape up or else I may not last long in this world. So I did shape up without any weightloss meds or surgeries. So far I've gone down 70lbs. From 450lbs to 380lbs in 1 year. My Blood sugar has normalized and my doctors have given me a clean bill of health just as long as I stick with the diet and exercise. After seeing the results of this new chapter of my life, I have decided to continue this till I reach a new target weight. Being able to fit in the clothes I used to wear back in 2015 makes me want to push myself more. Happy Birthday to a healthier and happier me! P.S. Hey Guys... I just Celebrated my 39th Birthday and I went for my annual medical check up. The doctors advised me to have a change of lifestyle. This was actually an impromptu vlog thus I haven't shaved or had a haircut. We went to tagaytay to enjoy the cold weather and the spectacular view of taal volcano. No matter how many times I've seen it, it still amazes me. I found out that one of the best views of it was from this Hotel restaurant that has been open for decades. I finally gave in and made a reservation. Let me start out with the decor, it felt as if I was transported into the Edo period in Japan. The food was as authentic as could be.
