And honestly speaking, I am not the most consistent human on this planet. I blame the amount of travel and the difficulty of sticking to a routine for more than 4 months. fitnessbyvyas has been guiding me through it all by first analysing my status quo with blood tests and then tailoring a health protocol including food, training and supplements.
