Here’s a healthy Ragi Dry Fruit Cookies recipe that’s both nutritious and delicious—no refined sugar, no maida (white flour), and packed with dry fruits:

Ingredients:

	3.	Cream the butter/ghee and date paste together in a bowl until light and fluffy.
	4.	Mix dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine ragi flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, and cardamom powder.
	5.	Combine wet and dry ingredients, and mix until you get a soft dough. Add a little milk only if the dough feels too crumbly.
	6.	Add chopped dry fruits and mix gently into the dough.
	7.	Shape cookies: Take small portions of dough, roll into balls, flatten slightly, and place them on the baking tray. You can press a nut piece on top for garnish.
	8.	Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the edges firm up. Cookies will harden more as they cool.
	9.	Cool completely on a wire rack before storing in an airtight container.

Tips:
	•	You can add a spoon of cocoa powder for a chocolaty version.
	•	For extra fiber and texture, add some rolled oats.
