Especially with their festivals! 🙌🏼
From the famous Chimac (Chicken & Beer) Festival to the new Timewarp Festa - every Evebt I attended in the last years in Daegu was so much more fun than I expected! 😄
So decided to leave a little Photo Dump of my weekend in Daegu at the dongseongno_timewarpfesta here so I can look back to it 💕☺️

1️⃣ BOOK TICKETS IN ADVANCE!

2️⃣ CHECK THE FLIGHT STATUS!
This one is most important.. the operation of the Helium Baloon is veeeeeeery weather sensitive, so it might be cancelled if there is a bit too much wind or a short shower. I will send you the link where to check the Status via DM when you comment “MOON“ 🙌🏼
3️⃣ BOOK SUNSET TIME!
Self explanatory, but make sure to check the Time of the sunset when booking your ticket.
4️⃣ USE YOUR TIME WELL!
The flight is much shorter than you think.. over all from going up to landing again, it might just be 10 minutes. The guide will make everyone switch position regularly, so you can see Seoul from all different sides, but it‘s not really much time to take many pictures. So don‘t forget to actually enjoy the ride too! 🙌🏼😍

It was soooo good to see a traditional market from a chef‘s perspective and get so many great tips while cooking the food that made me come here in the first place 😍

Even after living in South Korea for 4 years, I’m still not used to it. I get so easily annoyed by:
🚶People stopping randomly right in front of you or in places that just don’t make sense
🚶People who rush past you only to slow down right ahead
🚶People cutting across just 2cm in front of you
🚶People bumping into you or squeezing by without saying anything
Sometimes I wonder if it’s just the sheer number of people crammed into such a comparably small space. Or maybe it’s cultural - where personal space and individuality just aren’t “that important“?
At this point, I’ve honestly stopped trying to figure it out and just try not to let it get to me every single time 🙈
PS: Of course it‘s not all Koreans and it’s also not just happening in Korea.. it just feels way more to me here than anywhere else I’ve been so far 😄

![One of the best amusement parks I’ve been to so far! 🙌🏼
They not just have some of the craziest and most fun rides in South Korea, but it was not crowded at all and the waiting times were so short! 😍
There is one amazing daytrip option from Busan with my friends from busanmate_global that includes Pohang‘s Spacewalk AND Gyeongju World, that I can hiiiiiiiighly recommend y‘all! 🙌🏼🙌🏼
