But the hard realization was, no one was going to pull me out of Postpartum, matter fact, most people around me had no idea that I was even in it. One year later, and for the first time since getting pregnant with Jru, I feel myself. Sharing this post to encourage any other mom that feels weighed down and can't seem to get back to normal, start with moving your body every single day.
