- Kar le na fir bhai 💁🏻♀️ Being a stay-at-home mom, where you do all the unpaid labor, is the most underrated effort we make to nurture our families. Make your life easier & keep trying to earn and save your own money, take the shortcuts, get all the help you can & take care of your health because at the end of the day, this is what most stay-at-home moms get to hear. Some days I just want to leave the house and stay out, even with my family, bcz as long as I'm in the house, the work never stops 😅 right?
- This system has been very helpful to me this year bcz last year as a first year pre schooler’s mom I experimented a lot of recipes, lost my mind in the mornings and learnt the hard way. ⬇️So this is me sharing what I usually switch between whether it’s for shorter school days or for 2 lunch breaks. Hope this helps😌 1. Main meals: Veg cheese sandwich Paratha (aloo paratha, cream cheese & jam) Palak Besan mini chila Veggie mini uttapam Mini veg burgers Noodles Pasta Butter Idli Nuggets Healthy spreads with roti/bread Hash browns Corn on the cob 2. Snack: Tomato sticks Millet papad ( I have Bajra papad at home so I give that) Sunbites/baked bread sticks Crackers Cheese/cream cheese cube Healthy spreads with roti/bread Makhana/popcorn 3. Fruits & veggies: Apples, Grapes, Dragonfruit, small banana,etc Cucumber, cherry tomatoes 4. Treats: Dates, raisins, (I avoid nuts since it’s a nut free school) Chocolate wafer, mini cupcakes, cookies ( homemade or not) I also share lunchbox ideas on my broadcast channel on most days.
