FINALLYYYYY we have a hair tutorial!! This is my go messy beach waves tutorial. I only like to do a full head of rollers on clean hair so if my hair isn’t freshly washed, this is always how I do it. This works well on dirty hair!! 1. Add 3 velcro rollers to the top of hair including your bangs. Use a 1.25” curling iron to curl hair and then put each curl into a velcro roller. Make sure hair is warm when it goes on to the roller. 2. Section remaining hair into 2-3 sections depending on how thick your hair is. 3. Start with the bottom section and curl with a 1.25” curling iron. Alternate each curl so some go towards the face and the rest go away from the face. Do not touch curls until they are completely cooled. 4. Repeat with remaining sections. 5. Gently remove velcro rollers by twisting hair as you gently pull the roller out. This leaves the hair in a curl shape vs straight. You can curl this pieces if they don’t match the rest of the curls. 6. Finger comb hair to loosen waves. 7. Finish with hair spray, texture spray and a hair oil! TIPS: - Velcro rollers are optional but add a ton of volume and it doesn’t take long to only add in three rollers - Leave rollers in for as long as possible - Make sure you gently twist rollers out. Do not just yank them out. - Do not skip the texturizing spray! It is critical to the messy/lived in vibe - I always use a 1.25” curling iron for this but you could opt for a 1” if you want a tight curl or your hair doesn’t curl well (better to start with a tighter curl on difficult hair) - Make sure you alternate your curls. Did my color analysis on chat gpt a couple of weeks ago and then used the results to determine the best shades for my makeup! Healthy supermodel snack inspired by bethennyfrankel !! High protein and healthy :) INGREDIENTS 1 tablespoons butter or olive oil 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon sugar 3/4 cup cottage cheese 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar 1/2 teaspoon vegetarian Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1) Add butter or oil to pan on medium heat. 2) Add onions, salt and sugar. Stir to coat. Saute on low for 30-45 minutes depending on how quickly your onions carmelize. They should be a very deep brown. If they start to burn, pour in a tablespoon of water and scrape off the bits that are burning 3) Remove onions from pan and let them cool. Roughly chop. 4) Blend cottage cheese in blender or with an immersion blender. Add remaining ingredients.
