Here is another inspiring story and journey of Ms. kkanchi_goel from mkwritesindia MK Writes India began on 4th May, 2010 technically but as Steve Jobs says - keep connecting the dots and you will be reaching your destination. My fav quote is Pen is mightier than sword. So from my school days I have been an avid reader and a writer both. But never realised way back that somewhere this will turn into a profession and gradually expand ahead. I completed my MBA in 2010 and had a handsome placement in hand. But I had an education loan of almost 9 lakhs, which I knew my father was taking care off. But i wanted to help him in sharing this load. And so there I took the charge. I pursued my full time job where I used to leave at 6.40 am and came back at 7.30 pm. Dinner time and then i gradually established MK Writes India. Initially as a freelancer just to explore and gradually a full fledged agency. I come from a business family. And I am the 1st child in the family who had gone outside to study as well as start a business. This inspired my cousins and somewhere they too tried to follow this. And happily within 3 years of time, I repaid my entire education loan as well as took care of other finances. I hope I made my parents proud. MK Writes India is 15 years old now. I am glad to share that we are a full fledged Digital Marketing, Communications and PR agency. We are a team of 50+ inhouse staff and an extended team of skilled professionals. I am happy to say that we have employed several women who left their career just to take care of family. Through MK Writes, I brought them back to work and helped them in pursuing their career path. I am a strong advocate of gender equality, financial independence, women empowerment and animal welfare. I am looking forward to learn, grow and inspire as many people I could. Here is another story of inspiration and bonds about Ms. Piyusha Vir from artbypiyushavir My journey started during covid- as something new to learn and try. I never thought of myself as an artist but when I started learning, I slowly started enjoying it. I even got a lot of appreciation and that made me believe I could be an artist. This was when I was still learning traditional Indian folk art like Madhubani, Kalamkari, Watercolour landscapes, etc. Art became something that gave me joy, comfort, and healing. It was therapeutic. One day I discovered fluid art and fell in love with acrylic pour art and alcohol ink art. My experiments with resin started almost 2 years later. I spend a lot of time learning and experimenting, and it gives me a lot of joy when others like something I've made because usually I think that what I've made is so unusual and quirky that others won't like it. I took the decision to start selling my art only after friends insisted on paying for my art. Those initial sales helped me realize that my work had value. I also saw how, like me, people wanted handmade art products around them. Well started as a hobby, eventually became my passion and i quit my mindblowing salary plus designation.. i started breathing chocolate and i became choco blooded 🤣 my voice became as sweet as chocolate. Well i had only one thought in my vision.. curate what isnt in market, out of the box, something different, stand out. Going full time and my ranges were set ! Designer handmade chocolatiers, we were the pioneers. Presented miniature versions of big showpieces of chocolates. Blending any ingredient with chocolate and turn into masterpiece was our forte. Soon had 500 plus products, 1000 plus designs, fusion range, tangy chocolates, chinese chocolates, chaat chocolates and much more. Vegan glutenfree picked with customer demands, celebrities picked our work, brands copied us and we smiled 😍 bagged our first culinary award by international chefs, featured in TOI food guide for 6 years and then the journey became more beautiful.. blessings n love of all keeps us going!
