- With our fantastic five, Rakhi has become one of the highlights of our year! 🥰 And we leave no stone unturned to make it grand. It’s my absolute favorite festival as a mom — one day dedicated to fanning the love (and occasional truces 😜) between my little Toms & Jerries. Add the 5 cousins to the mix, and it’s pure magic—a house full of laughter, mischief, and memories we’ll treasure forever. 💛 Here’s a little peek into our Rakhi 2025 celebrations—how was yours? Every year, I make it a point for the kids to match in outfits, and this time we got the outfits made from paracouture who got the brief just right. From colors to comfort, it was a breeze working with Pooja —she made my vision come alive effortlessly. ✨ #RakhiMemories #FamilyLove #GrowingUpFast #rakhi2025 #RakshaBandhan #IndianFestival #TwinningGoals
- I stumbled upon an Instagram ad that said: ‘Let’s make Sister x Sister Rakhi a thing.’ But here’s the thing - my sister and I have been doing it for years! Growing up, we’d feel a little left out on Rakhi, watching our friends & cousins tie rakhis on their brothers’ wrists. We’d settle for being part of the cousin circle, but deep down, I longed to tie Rakhi to my “own brother” - only on Rakhi day. My mom sensed it I guess and came up with a solution - that I would tie a rakhi on my sister’s wrist, and just like that, a new tradition was born. And I was so happy that I didn’t have to depend on a brother to celebrate a festival, because my sister is enough. As we grew older, this tradition only became more meaningful coz sisterhood is truly a gift, and we should celebrate it. If you have a sister or a friend like a sister, send her this reel to remind her that she’s enough for you. And this Rakshabandhan tie Rakhi’s to your brothers, but don’t forget to tie one to your sister too. Let’s celebrate sisterhood too this Rakhi! #SisterXRakhi #SisterLove #RakhiTradition #rakshabandhan
- In the endless hustle of motherhood, I had honestly forgotten what I enjoy. Between school runs, kids’ classes, sleepless nights and to-do lists, the badminton racket was packed away somewhere, forgotten, gathering dust. Yesterday, our team won the CBBL Badminton Tournament. 12 teams, 170 players, 300+ people watching. And the clinching game? That was ours. The one that got us the trophy. 🏆 The one that will get us a chance to play with Badminton player Lakshya Sen. For me, it felt so much more than a game. Like an achievement. Like I matter. Like I can actually do it. I had only played badminton briefly years ago. Nothing serious. But I really enjoyed it. Then came kids, life, and responsibilities. This year, I signed up without thinking much. Honestly, I didn’t even know if I’d last a full match, but I kept showing up. Practice after practice. Match after match. Even with a sprained foot. Even if it meant learning by observing others. And yesterday, with my kids sitting there watching me — I realised… 🔹It’s never too late to start. 🔹It’s never too late to fall and rise again. 🔹Consistency matters more than perfection. 🔹And sometimes, just showing up is victory in itself. Yes, the trophy is special. But the real win? My kids saw their mom doing something just for herself — sweating, fighting, falling, rising — and winning. And maybe, I proved it to myself too. 💜 👉 So here’s my reminder to you: go pick up that long-forgotten hobby, join that class, sign up for that game. Because it’s never too late to start again. #NeverTooLate #KeepShowingUp #MomPower #BadmintonLove #DoItForYou #ConsistencyOverPerfection #CBBL2025 #badmintontournament #lakshyasen
