![Things to know before your dog goes under anesthesia ⬇️
1️⃣ * Anzeige | We’ve been driving 1 hour to tgz_grussendorf for years — and it’s always worth it. They’re well-equipped, use the safest anesthesia methods, and the team is highly experienced. If anything goes wrong, they’re ready to act and have the resources to ensure the best outcome. We’ve only ever had the best experiences there and fully trust them with all major health issues concerning our Poms.
2️⃣ Our dogs always get gas anesthesia, and only after thorough pre-checks. This helps the team spot risks and respond appropriately. For example, Monty’s kidney values were slightly off — so he received extended IV fluids during the procedure. With Majvi, we discovered a congenital heart condition we can now monitor early.
3️⃣ Dental cleanings need anesthesia. Brushing helps prevent buildup, but once tartar is there, scraping can damage the teeth and only touches the surface. The real problems lie under the gumline — and you can’t reach that safely without anesthesia in dogs. Murphy’s teeth looked white from the outside, but he still lost that one tooth. Bad teeth can have real health consequences 🙏]()
