- It has taken me 5 years to accomplish this, but as of TODAY we are back to PRE Covid weight! Holy moly. From pre Covid 2/2020 - 2022 I ended up gaining 15 pounds! Going through break ups, job changes, moving. I didn't think it was possible to get back to this number but I proved to myself that it is! People want to feed you this bull shit about age it's a fucking lie. Your age doesn't matter. The older I get the stronger and healthier I become. The key to being healthy is eating healthy. It's 80 percent nutrition 20 percent exercise. Eating Real foods, taking supplements especially creatine, magnesium, vitamins, eliminating diet sodas, and implementing strength training. Running 5 miles every day or burning yourself out taking 4 - 5 fitness classes a week isn't going to do it! Take it from someone who used to that and it was no longer working! This is what I implemented: ✅ Signing up at LA fitness, implementing weight machines, barbells, and arm cables ✅ Supplements the most important being Creatine! ✅ Vitamins ✅ 20 - 30 minute Sauna sessions at 160 - 180 degrees 4 times a week ✅ Seltzer water and coconut water instead of diet sodas or juices This is what I eliminated. ❌ Diet Sodas. I was addicted to diet coke. I would have one almost once a day. Those slow down your metabolism! ❌Eliminating any food that wasn't meat, fruit, or vegetable ❌ Saying No to desserts, sweets, and SUGAR! ❌ Killing myself taking 5 fitness classes a week ❌ Drinking alcohol maybe once a month OR only for celebrations If I can do it, so can you!
