This past weekend I had the opportunity to receive a scholarship from _shine_a_light21 for my Mental Health based essay! While I am forever grateful to be able to use this reward to further my college education, simply being able to write about a topic I feel so strongly about and to be able to speak out as a teenager who is still learning that it’s okay to ask for help and to want to speak to someone, is enough of a reward. As many of you know, this past Sunday was my final teaneckterpsys show🥺 I just would like to say THANK YOU! To everyone who made it possible for me to be able to go out with a bang for my senior year. To my parents, thank you for being my number one supporters since day one☝🏽 Whatever I need, you guys provide and MORE, but what I value more is the unconditional love you guys give me. You are both the most talented & selfless people I have ever met & do SO MUCH for others without needing anything in return. My superheroes❤️ Specifically for my sister she__did__that and first dance partner, you flying all the way from Atlanta to make my performance, help me with my hair/ makeup, and even my solo, means the world to me. I have always looked up to you and to be able to share the same talent with you makes me feel even closer to you🥹 To my wonderful family from my siblings to my titis, uncles, nieces, cousins, grandparents, and family friends, the 30 something of you guys SHOWED UP and SHOWED OUT for me just how you always have since I was a little girl. I love you guys for taking the time to show up for me physically and emotionally, I hope I continue to make you all proud! 💗 To my dance family, it was an honor to be a friend, sister, captain, and mentor to you all. I hope I have set a good example and have taught you something because I have learned so much from you all😩❤️ Lastly, to my choreographers and Miss Cheryl Miller Porter, I was just a little girl who loved to dance and wanted to learn and you all took what I came in with and helped me grow into the dancer I am today. This weekend I received a scholarship to the Monsters Summer Finale Convention in L.A from melcharlot and I cannot tell you how grateful I am for that.
