We have been together for 18 months of training.

Living life to its fullest…

In my 20’s I worked out in the gym to look good.

In my 30’s I worked out in the gym to have strong pregnancies and recoveries. 

In my 40’s I lift and train in the gym for longevity, for energy, for a strong immune system, to prevent injury, and recover faster, to be able to do EPIC stuff with my family and friends!!! 

Highlights of the weekend…Jordan skiing black diamonds, Auggie and Daddy fearlessly zipping around through all terrain and weather, skiing as a family, enjoying Mother Nature together, getting up and out and after it!!

For 22 years I’ve been helping people reach health goals…

While studying nutrition in college, my side hustle was working in a hospital and training clients in between classes and on weekends. 

I fell in love with the exercise side of “being healthy”. 

After graduating with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics I got a job in big Pharma where I worked for a few years and started a business school venture. 

After my mom passed in 2007 I decided corporate and attaining an MBA was not my calling.  I went back to the fitness world and have never looked back.

My career has taken twists and turns but my desire to help people through fitness has always remained the same. 

Now with digital fitness I am able to reach a broader audience and help more people reach their goals! What a dream…

-I always leave these two 12kg (25lb) kettlebells in my car.
-Kettlebells are very versatile and can be a combination of strength and cardiovascular exercise. 
-They are my favorite way to get in the most bang for your buck while on the road, if you are limited to time, and will keep you super fit!

I tell all my clients to do this if they want faster results…

-Move more outside our training sessions. Walk to and from work if possible, go for a walk after dinner with the family, pickup the takeout food instead of delivery. More movement outside of training. 
-Up the protein. Protein at every meal. If you need more specific numbers for macros use a tracker or even better look for a Nutritionist. My go to girl realnutrition !
-Do not skip meals yet try not to eat before bed. Your body is a machine and needs fuel to operate. 
-Consistency is key! Don’t over think or over complicate it!

Here is a beginner friendly way to build a program…

1. Pick 2-3 movements tops.
2. Pair a push and a pull movement or an upper body and a lower body movement. Pushups + rows, squats + overhead presses, deadlifts + chest presses. 
3. Use a timer, 1:1 rest ratio, 30 seconds work and 30 seconds of rest. Keep alternating movements for as much time allotted for session. Count and keep track of the repetitions. This way you can build, progress, and keep yourself honest.
