Here are a few things about me that seem to annoy a fair few people online (but you should know)

- I’m a big advocate of extreme ownership. It may not be your fault but it certainly is your responsibility 

- Tracking and having a routine will lead to more freedom, not bad mental health

- Most women who want to take their results to the next level need more straight talk, not fluff 

- I’m not into the love yourself even if you hate your life BS. If you are unhappy you should want to actively change things. Using self love as an excuse to do the absolute minimum is an awful strategy 

- Most coaches enable their clients. We don’t. We break the cycle, pattern interrupt and help you change permanently

Finally, yes you can have balance but too many want to have it right in the beginning 

Nothing great comes from having balance instantly.

Why I made the Sochon Method for women

Most women want to be able to do a pull-up but they go about it the wrong way. Here’s how to finally make it happen:

1️⃣ Tackle your bodyweight

If you’re carrying more fat than you need to, you’re simply pulling more weight than necessary. Fat loss first makes the movement easier.

2️⃣ Get strong on cable pulldowns

Treat them like a main lift. Heavy, full range, controlled reps. This builds the exact pulling strength you’ll need.

3️⃣ Progress with negatives

Jump up to the bar, control yourself down slowly. This teaches your body the exact pattern and builds the strength you’ll transfer into your first rep.
