It’s my birthday, so obviously I had to transition into a better version of myself ;) Sharing a few key lessons I have learnt as I turn one year older: -Dua/prayer is manifestation at its finest and add that at tahajjud time! It’s the hidden golden key to life. Tahajjud is invitation only so make sure you get invited 🤲🏼 -Karma is everyone’s boyfriend. I promise you what goes around comes around. Even if it’s the size of a mustard seed 🌱 -Healing is a choice, it’s optional. But accountability is not. At some point you have to stop blaming your past, your childhood or things that happened to you for where you are now. Instead focus on your own growth and building the life you want for yourself 🏆 -Your biggest asset is YOU. Value yourself, your time, your boundaries and learn to say NO. Go for that therapist appointment and invest in not just your physical health but mental health too 🧠 -Sort out your finances, regardless of who earns the paycheck. You don’t have to be the provider to be financially empowered 📚 I hear this somewhere and had to share: If you can make a list the missed up things that have happened in your life and you’ve somehow made it past all of this, to be in a position where you can still go make some thing happen-that’s what you have in common with every hero of every story.
